BELLER MEDIA is a web site featuring the visual effects, post-production, and graphic design work of Matthew L. Beller.

 

From an early age Matthew was drawn towards television, film, and the arts. Matthew pursued this passion by attending Ball State University, successfully completing a Bachelors of Arts in Telecommunications in the fall of 2007.

 

Following graduation, Matthew was employed as a freelance audio mixer, video editor, and production assistant for Pathway Productions in Indianapolis, IN.  During this time Matthew worked on a variety of projects for clients such as A&E Biography, the NCAA, Eli Lilly, and the Fine Living Network.

 

In the summer of 2009, Pathway Productions ceased business operations, and Matthew returned to school to pursue an Occupational Associates of Arts Degree in Digital Media Design from Madison Media Institute.

 

Upon completion of this degree, Matthew was employed as a Lead Video Editor, Midday News Technical Director, and Web Developer for the CBS/FOX affiliate KEYC-TV in Mankato, MN.  In this role Matthew produced commercial and industrial video projects for businesses and non-profit organizations in the greater Mankato area.

 

In 2010 Matthew assisted in the creation of a new website to improve the online presence of the television station.  In the summer of 2013 KEYC-TV converted their newscasts to High Definition, and Matthew created new branding and a HD motion graphics package for their daily news broadcasts.  In the fall of 2013 Matthew decided to leave KEYC-TV to explore new opportunities as a freelance video editor in the midwest.

 

In 2015 Matthew decided to enroll at the Digital Animation and Visual Effects School in Orlando, FL.  At the DAVE School Matthew completed a rigorous visual effects program, receiving training in digital modeling, sculpting, animation, and compostiing.
